Kim is committed to addressing the struggles of renters in Oregon. She recognizes that central to that struggle are systemic and historic barriers to housing, economic and environmental justice faced by people of color, women, indigenous communities, LGBTQ people, and people with disabilities. She believes that CAT\u2019s model of community engagement, education, and advocacy works to empower renters to make the changes they need. <\/p>\n
Kim\u2019s career includes community organizing, contract management, and policy development. She has a wide range of housing sector experience including affordable housing development, property management, and housing policy with a focus on renters and Fair Housing. <\/p>\n
